ROMA – L’Antitrust sanziona Facebook per 7 milioni di euro. Facebook Ireland Ltd. e Facebook Inc. non hanno ottemperato alla diffida di rimuovere la pratica scorretta sull’utilizzo dei dati degli utenti e non hanno pubblicato la dichiarazione rettificativa richiesta dall’Autorità garante della concorrenza e del mercato. L’Agcm ha sanzionato per complessivi 7 milioni di euro  Facebook Ireland Ltd. e la sua controllante Facebook Inc., per non avere attuato quanto prescritto nel provvedimento emesso nei loro confronti nel novembre 2018…

 

ROME – The Antitrust sanctions Facebook for 7 million euros. Facebook Ireland Ltd. and Facebook Inc. have not complied with the warning to remove the incorrect practice on the use of user data and have not published the corrective statement requested by the Competition and Market Authority. The Agcm sanctioned Facebook Ireland Ltd. and its parent company Facebook Inc. for a total of 7 million euros for not having implemented the provisions of the provision issued against them in November 2018…
